Desire Mad owns 0.08-3.00ohm resistance range, and all operations are easy through the springy battery cover, pressing three buttons and looking at the clear 0.96" screen. M-Tank Atomizer with 25mm diameter features bottom airflow control and top refilling when you fill e-liquid you only need to slide out the top cap to reveal an e-juice hole.
